One particular evening, I decided to indulge in the native herb, South Island Edelweiss-infused dish. the flavors were exquisite, and it was evident that the chefs paid meticulous attention to detail. the ambiance of the restaurant complemented the meal perfectly, with sweeping views of the lateral moraines creating a surreal dining experience. I must mention the breakfast option, where I opted for a glass of wine to accompany my meal, which was charged separately. It added a touch of sophistication to the morning routine and set the tone for a day of exploring the stunning alpine landscape.
